Staying Inspired with Diet Coke ®

Staying inspired is one of the hardest things for me. I get super carried away with the day to day chores that my creative juice is dried up from time to time. Sometimes I just need to take some time off and do things that simply make me happy, feel inspired and allow me to live my best life.

This weekend I teamed up with the Diet Coke® to go on a little adventure in Downtown Fort Pierce to get my creative juices flowing. We rented bikes, checked out the vendors, brought home fresh local goodies and drank up (Diet Coke® that is..)! I always leave Downtown feeling inspired.

My flavor of choice is the Diet Coke® Zesty Blood Orange

Tips to Staying Inspired:

get fresh air: if you’re a creative like me, get your head out of the computer and get outside! Rent a bike, go to the beach, have a picnic! Diet Coke® would be perfect for that!

slow down: life is hectic! remember to slow down and just enjoy life. You’ll probably also realize you are focusing on things that don’t matter. Refocus yourself and then carry on.

remember your why: This is tough for me! But, I wrote it down and go back to my why often.

listen to your body: if you’re not feeling creative or feel uninspired, don’t force it. The worst thing you can do is force something and waste your time. Instead, listen to your body, do what makes you happy & it will come back to you.
