Merry almost Christmas! This year I have been loving my home decor! At this point I’ve only lived on my own for about 3 years. So, my Christmas decor has been minimal as I collect new items every year. I’m one of those people that really take their time with their decor because I never want to have an item in my home that I don’t love or doesn’t belong. Even when it comes to ornaments. I collect them slowly & I have a very minimal/woodlands vibe to it.
This year on one of my many trips to Target I found these AMAZING Christmas wall decals from Paper Riot for literally $5! They completely transformed my space for Christmas.
This wood stump is the bottom piece of the first Christmas tree I ever owned in my apartment. I used an eyelet hook to screw into the top and a piece of ribbon tied in a knot to hang it up. It’s still going strong too!
I do this every year & I plan on engraving mine this year with a wood burning pen!

I love those wall decals! Your snowman mug is cute too! That’s so sentimental that you keep the wood from your first tree.

Your space looks so cozy! I love the decals–I may have to go pick some of those up, since we need something extra since we aren’t doing a tree this year.

I love your idea of cutting the bottom of your Christmas tree stump and keeping it! Your room looks lovely, my favourite things are the tree skirt and the tree prints on your wall!
