My motto for my wardrobe tends to be less is more and quality over quantity and when it comes to shoes (especially heels) I tend to invest more.
You’ll always find my preaching this when I’m out walking for a long time on pavement in heels and my feet do not hurt, but everyone else is complaining about the pain. My theory is that the more $$ I put into my shoes the less my feet hurt. I also look for a shoe that has enough space for my foot to breathe!

Really, when I ordered these shoes I had free shipping and they were at my doorstep soo quick. Also, return policies are important to note when you’re purchasing investment pieces online. My preferred way of shopping is online and Zappos makes me feel comfortable to purchase knowing their return policy is great.
If you guys follow me on Insta you saw me taking these shoes out for a spin with my family. Started with a walk around Downtown Fort Pierce and ended with dinner Downtown. These Dansko Octavia’s felt like air on my feet the whole time.
They come in black and brown with a rubber outsole – which grips the ground so well. They look heavy, but are actually super light weight and offer enough space for my toes to breathe! In my opinion, the key to buying a heeled shoe that is comfortable is to make sure your feet lay flat in them. If your toes are scrunched up it’s not going to be comfortable.
I paired them with this super cute jumper and off the shoulder top. I thought the flared legs on this jumper looked so adorable with the Octavia’s.
