I’ve had way too much fun finding cute things for baby girl’s nursery. I want to keep it minimal, practical and a little pink. Overall I wanted a blush, sun, vintage beach vibe and I think I’m slowly getting there.
I really love doing mockups of spaces I’m designing to kind of get an idea of what I’m into, what does together and what just doesn’t work. This is a rough draft and can’t wait to see the finished product!

My friend Jenn & I painted a giant sun inspired by @almostmakesperfect behind her crib. It’s the focal point of her room, so everything else have to stay pretty simple. & I’m okay with that
The Specifics:
Crib: I chose the Baby Letto Hudson 3-In-1 crib. I wanted the crib to stand out in front of the sun, so white was perfect. Love the leg details too.
Rocking Chair: We ended up choosing the Kersey Swivel with power recline. Ya know.. just in case of c section, I’ll still be able to use it. Chose the color Snow
Rug: This was a no brainer for me. I went with Ruggable for a few reasons. One being that it is machine washable which is GAME CHANGER with 3 dogs and baby on the way. They also recently launched plush rugs and it’s the softest thing I have ever walked on.
Dresser: We ultimately ended up with the Ikea Tarva Dresser & I stained it the be this light wood color. It was a budget friendly option, but the dresser in the plans is what inspired it.
