Hi guys! Tailgating season is among us and I couldn’t be more excited to bring you a fun new cocktail to try out! All through college I remember drinking something call “Slop”.
It was beer, liquor and pink lemonade slush all mixed together and we would drink it till we couldn’t feel our faces anymore (sorry mom). The thing was, after you added the pink lemonade slush, you could no longer taste the alcohol.
For tailgates I wanted something with a different flavor, a flavor completely opposite of sweet! Insert The Beer Buster, you know, because we’re adults now. Wether you’re tailgating at the field or homegating with your friends and family, this cocktail will be a winner!
What you need:
1 Cup of Vodka
You can find El Yucateco® sauces on the top of the shelf on the condiment/juice/snack aisle in Publix!
Start by adding your 6 beers and 1 cup of vodka to a large pitcher.
Next, add two TBLSP of El Yucateco® Red Habanero Hot Sauce and stir well.
This Hot Sauce has the perfect flavor for this cocktail! El Yucateco® sauces are made from habaneros hand picked from their own fields and handcrafted to deliver rich flavor with just the right amount of heat. My first reaction to smelling the Red Habanero Hot Sauce was “wow, this smells amazing”. Better than I expected and nothing like the others. That’s because it’s made with far less vinegar, so you get the true flavor of the pepper. El Yucateco®’s ingredients come from Field to Bottle. It includes no artificial colors, but the same great taste that makes it the King of Flavor since 1968.
Now, let your guests pour and enjoy!
Yum! The drink is delish and after really tasting it all together, I totally want to add olive juice to it!
El Yucateco® has a variety of flavors, too. I also picked up Green Habanero Hot Sauce and XXX Habanero Hot Sauce (their hottest sauce measuring approx. 12,000 on the Scoville scale!!). I’m pretty excited to try it out!
Let me know below if you guys like these kind of recipes and what other ways we can use El Yucateco®

You know I love hot sauce with food but I just can’t drink it! Interesting idea though!
